QR Code
The main idea is to add members' profile data in address book of my personal mobile phone. To do this, Teambox would read the main personal data of each member enrolled in the project to automatically generate a QR code. The qrcode would be on the same page of the member's profile so that other members could also have access to that data by QR code via beetag ;) Beetag is a free reader program of qr codes for mobile phones.

View unassigned tasks and all members tasks
As a manager its so important to be able to see if tasks are not assigned, or if team members are late….. I don’t understand how this is not available…
I would suggest adding
“unassigned” tasks in the drop down for all tasks and also “All Members”
So that as a manager I can view all unassigned tasks and all members tasks so in a single click I can see who is late and what tasks have been forgotten about!
please add this!

Plus attach colors to tags and show them in collapsed view on task cards please

#WYSIWYG FOR PAGES
ENGLISH / INGLÉS - Is my first time using Teambox and I noted that when you create a page you have to use an old cranky style of coding not used anymore in the web. A WYSIWYG option must be the standard for any text entry in comments of pages. Why? When you have a group which is not techie they will try to use the standard options which are Word, OpenOffice or Libre Office between others. Rest-API, Logout-Method
on the Rest-Api there is no method to execute a logout for a particular user.
for security reasons its important to realize an logout after a particular time or even better you give the opportunity to specify a session-holding time on the users-account.
currently it seems that after a user is logged in an logout never happend and the session is holding forever.

Adding a budget on a project or a task
Have the possibilite to add budget (expenses, sub-contractor, printer, deigner) to task. And a repport with the total budget for a client , a project or a task. filter by type of expenses... and so on!

Print to PDF project pages
It'd be great if we could print to PDF the pages on the projects so that I could archive them.

You can currently print pages. The printer friendly format allows you to have a text-only view of the page.
You can use this to print to PDF.

Comment on Files
We often have entire conversations around files that aren't necessarily current tasks. Would love to be able to comment on (and include tags on) files in the files section!

File Approvers
Would love to have the ability to add approvers to documents to make it easy to see when things are final. Watchers would then be notified when "approved" is clicked.

Preview Documents within Teambox - Similar to Evernote functionality
It would be really great to be able to see documents without the need to download them - Even in a view only capacity. Evernote does something similar with PDFs.

Intergate with MindMapper
We use MindMaps for creative sessions. Once we create the mindmap, it is turned into a project with task lists.
Currently we use Xmind which allows you to export .xls or .csv. It would be great if we could import these files or the Xmind native file.
Preferably, a full integration to an online mindmapper would make this process even better, provide a new visualization aspect if it was bi-directional.

Implement versioning of files (just like on Basecamp)
I loved the feature on Basecamp to "overide" the same file again and again with newer versions of it. Google docs is not always ideal, you know...
Please consider implementing a simple versioning mechanism...
