Time tracking
If you want to track the time your team spends in each activity, you can use Teambox’s time-tracking.
You’ll be able to extract reports across all your projects, filtering by user and project.
Enabling time-tracking
When you create a project, you’ll find a check-box to enable Time Tracking.

Tracking time on tasks
Each time you complete a batch of work on a task, you will comment to say what you’ve done.
While commenting, you can mark how much time you dedicated to that task.

You can enter the time in different formats:
- 7 (hours)
- 7.5 (hours with decimals)
- 7h (hours)
- 30m (minutes => fractions of hours)
- 2h 30m (hours and minutes => hours with decimals)
- 2:30 (hours and minutes => hours with decimals)
Reports for time-tracking
You can now go to the project’s Time Tracking tab, or to your All Projects Time Tracking tab to see reports across projects.
Filters on the sidebar will allow you to customize the information that’s being displayed.
