Conversations
Conversations are useful to communicate with other team members and collaborators.
It’s possible to post announcements, ask questions, share links and comments. Any participant can post new conversations and reply to them online or from their email client.
The Conversation view
You should start a Conversation every time you would normally send a group email. This way every team member will have convenient access to it in the future.

A conversation is a thread of comments. The most recent is displayed on top.
You can post answers with the Comment box, using basic text styles. People watching the conversation will be notified via email of your answer.
Answers also appear in the General Feed, the Project Feed and RSS feeds.
You can attach files to any comment to share designs, files or office documents. Unlike email attachments, you can store files in Conversations without cluttering your inbox or worrying about file size.
Creating conversations
To create a conversation, go to the Conversations section and click “New Conversation”.

Choose a short but descriptive title for the conversation. This will appear on the header of email notifications.
In the body you can write any kind of message, just like for emails. HTML and text syles are allowed. You can also embed videos
Answering to a conversation
You can post an answer by replying in the web interface or answering the notification email you get.
Current users will be notified if they are watching the conversation. You can also mention other users in the format @username and they will receive an email notification.
Suscribers and Notifications
People who are included in the conversation at the beginning will be watching it. Watchers will get notified by email of each subsequent comment.
You can also start following a conversation by clicking the Watch button on top, or stop following it by clicking Unwatch.
Answering from email
If you’re watching a conversation, you’ll receive notification emails.
By replying through your usual email client to these emails, our system will interpret that message as a response and it will post it to Teambox.
Remember to answer over the line that says “Answer above this line”. Text below it will be ignored.
You can also delete the whole reply body to ensure that only your reply text will be posted in the conversation.
