In order to upgrade or downgrade an organization, go to Plans and Billing for that organization. There you´ll find the different plans we offer.

If what you want is to stop paying for your organization and go back to a free plan, first make sure all projects are deleted or leave up to three projects (you need admin rights for that).

Then, go to Plans and Billing and click on cancel subscription. This means you won´t be billed anymore. In the future, if you decide to go back to a paying plan you can easily do so without having to create another organization.
