Synchronizing your Teambox account with your Google account has a lot of benefits. Some of them are:

1) You can easily share Google Docs on any conversation or task avoiding multiple versions of a document and using Teambox storage (there´s an icon for this in tasks and conversations).
2) You can keep track of your Teambox tasks with your Google Calendar.

To do this, link your Teambox to Google in Settings/Linked Accounts.
