Customization and branding

  1. Add a login form in your site

You can add a “Log Into Teambox” form on your website.

  2. Communities - public projects

Teambox allows you to make your projects public.

This way, anybody can browse through them and access the documentation, discussion topics and tasks. Users can join the project at any time, and the content is indexed by search engines like Google.

You can turn any of your projects into a community project, and manage it from the familiar Teambox interface.

You can see an example of how these look like in our community site.

  3. Custom domain

If you want you to have a fully branded experience, you should use your own domain for Teambox.

You can configure your domain to set up Teambox as yourdomain.com or a subdomain, like team.yourdomain.com.

There are two steps for doing that:

  4. Customizing your login page

Teambox allows you to build your own organizations, and customize the entrance page.

To do this, go to your organization page and edit its HTML field.

You can enter any kind of tags here, including headers, paragraphs, images, embedded content, custom css, etc.

  5. Logo and branding your Teambox

With Teambox branding, you can set up your own Teambox site to share with your co-workers, clients and providers.

It will allow you to customize your login screen, display your logo on top of every page and use Teambox from your own domain name.
