Well, more accurately, we don't have to recreate the tasks, but we do have to delete the comments and re-add them in their modified version. If you give an Admin the capability to delete a comment and add a modified version back again, why not just give him/her the power to edit it directly in one operation? The same effect is achieved.

I realize too now that Task Title is editable. So not as bad as previously outlined. Workable at the moment.
