We are about to launch an update for Gantt in Teambox 4 including tasks for all task lists.
We do not have plans for dependencies yet, but it’s something we’ll keep in mind for future releases.

I'd like to see something like this: http://i51.tinypic.com/349exdh.gif

Task Lists should be broken down into individual tasks on the Gantt Charts. Showing only the Task List makes no sense, as many Task Lists are never ending i.e. SEO, Bug Fixes, Development List etc.
I also like Burn Down charts, but again, these rely on fixed end dates.
So many things these days are never ending, i.e. SEO, there is no end date.
Maybe a simple timeline view is the answer??

Agree. Change existing function to be simply called 'Project Time Line' but show individual tasks and not Task Lists as Lists can be never ending (i.e. SEO, Development) where as individual taks can be given an end dates.
Where projects do have end dates and targets, it would appear that Agile Project Management is the way forward.
